SHIPPING FEE
- Selected website orders may include free standard shipping as shown at checkout or in the promotion banner.
- Expedited / Express upgrades may incur an additional fee (for example, a fast-shipping upgrade may be charged at checkout).
- Final shipping fees, if any, are confirmed at checkout or in your quote.
PRODUCTION TIME
All products are made to order.
Typical production time: 3–7 business days after design approval and payment.
Development, large volumes, specialty processes, testing, or peak season may take longer.

Transit times below are estimates AFTER your order has been dispatched (they do NOT include production time).
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
A practical planning range is about 3–7 business days for express service and about 8–15 business days or more for standard service after production. Actual timing depends on carrier, destination, and customs. The checkout estimate or quotation controls.
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, Yun Express, TNT, DHL, FedEx, and other services by route.

TRACKING
After dispatch, we will email your tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for carrier movement to appear.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Our product prices and standard shipping offers do not automatically include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
Unless your order or quotation explicitly states DDP / duties included, any import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or local customs. Customs clearance time varies by country and is beyond our control.
