Your custom shoes should arrive looking right and made right. We stand behind the quality of your Patriotickicks footwear.

Free replacement or refund for quality issues

If your order has a printing flaw, manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or arrives in a size or design different from what you ordered and approved, contact support@patriotickicks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For covered issues, you may choose a free replacement, including standard shipping, or a full refund for the affected item. There are no remake or return shipping charges for covered quality issues. If we require a return, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Our quality guarantee applies to sale items as well. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage after delivery, and misuse are not covered. Minor differences between screen colors and physical materials do not by themselves constitute a printing defect; this does not exclude genuine printing flaws or a design that differs from your approved proof.

Digital proof approval for personalized designs

For personalized designs, we email a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check the artwork, spelling, design placement, and order details carefully, and request any corrections before approval. We check submitted artwork for print suitability before sending your proof. A digital proof shows the design but does not guarantee an exact screen-to-material color match or footwear fit. Approval does not waive coverage for printing flaws or manufacturing defects.

Ordered the wrong size? We can help.

If you selected the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We offer one size remake per original pair, using the same design, at 50% of the original item price you paid, with standard shipping included. For example, if you paid $100 for the original pair, the size-remake item price is $50. Any applicable taxes or optional expedited shipping charges will be disclosed before payment. Our team will help you review sizing before the remake is ordered.

This is a discounted remake, not a free exchange or a refund of the original pair. If we sent a size different from the one you ordered, the free replacement or refund guarantee above applies instead.

Change-of-mind returns

Personalized or custom-made shoes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production begins, including changes to an approved design. This restriction does not affect our quality guarantee, one-time size-remake support, or your applicable statutory rights. Contact us promptly before production begins if you need to change or cancel your order.

For any non-custom items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

How to request help or a return

Email support@patriotickicks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm the applicable remedy and provide any necessary return instructions. Do not ship a return without authorization.

Refunds

We will notify you when your refund is approved. If a return is required, approval follows receipt and inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@patriotickicks.com.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. For customers in the European Union, a statutory 14-day withdrawal right may apply to eligible purchases; goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt from that change-of-mind right. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, or nonconforming goods remain unaffected.
